I have Server side sync setup for a CRM 2016 Online version. I have a mailbox which works fine for outgoing and incoming emails through server side sync once I "approve email" and do a "Test and Enable Mailbox", however, somehow the incoming email stop coming into CRM after first run even though the mailbox shows "success" for both the incoming as well as outgoing. So if I click on "approve email" again and the "Test and Enable Mailbox" it starts working again but as soon as all the remaining incoming emails are in CRM the mailbox stops processing any further incoming emails. See below screen shots. The mailbox "Regarding" is set to a Queue and this queue has "Convert incoming email to activities" set to "All email messages". This is a hybrid model. Minimum polling is set as 2. The incoming and outgoing is set as Server side sync. The tests were success for both incoming and outgoing. I clicked on "download mailbox details". Here's the details. In this details there's a postponemailboxprocessinguntil set to 12/31/9999. This doesn't seem right to me. Does anyone have an idea of what it is and why does the mailbox stops polling the exchange server for incoming emails ?
